   Health, we all know is wealth. Most of us dont pay good and necessary  attention to our health, until we are down with maleria or fever, its either the fear of medical bills or simply that we couldn't creat the time out of our busy schedules.    Here are some simple way to nourish our health.

 SWEATERS The most important attributes of sweaters are fit and the type of fiber used in it construction. Color and style are important, but more so than other garments a sweater must be functional. SHORTS    Shorts are casual wear. When a man wears shorts he should wear pairs that provide ample room in the hips, classic colors such as khaki and tan are two great colors to start with. CAPS / HATS The right hat/cap protects,  they can be worn outdoors, at athletic events. The right hat/cap can sets you apart in a crowd.
